Puppies:

10 reps each of
Pull ups (jumping or assisted)
Burpees
Sit ups
Kettlebell swings (3-5#)
Thrusters (3-5# dumbbells)
Everyone:
5 minutes practice on frog stands.

jumping pull-ups, KB with 5# DB and 5# thrusters with buns to a basketball
