The 2012 CFK Lesson Plans for middle and high school—Teen and preteen are now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
200-meter run
3 x 200-meter sprints

Elementary and Preschool:
100-meter run
2 x 50-meter sprints

WOD –
Varsity:
8:00 AMRAP
3 handstand push-ups
6 toes-to-bar
9 burpees

Junior Varsity:
8:00 AMRAP
2 handstand push-ups
6 toes-to-bar
9 burpees

Novice:
6:00 AMRAP
2 handstand push-ups
4 toes-to-bar
8 burpees

Elementary:
6:00 AMRAP
2 wall walk-ups
4 knee raises
8 burpees

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
2 wall walk-ups
4 knee raises
6 burpees

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3 x
25-meter unladen prowler push

Elementary and Preschool:
3 x
10-meter sandbag drag
