  1. This was one of many memorable moments at the cert. Mariah and Sue did a fantastic job of coaching Duncan & Justin, and the boys both demonstrated some incredible form.

    Today's WOD is a really good workout. Let us know how you do with it.

  4. I'm working on starting Crossfit for myself, and yesterday I got my kids into it and did the KidsWOD with them. I'm still learning all the exercises, but this is great!

    I do crossfit with my dad and sister, she is a buttercup and I do pack.
    The workout was tiring, but I worked through it.
    I liked the fact it was reduced every round.

    That's great. Have them post their workouts here. We love to see and recognize their progress. There is lots of info re: the movements on crossfit.com and the Brand X website.

    Will, I like those kind of workouts too. Nice job on pushing through even when it got difficult. Keep posting.
