First round of Big Dawgs, then rounds 2-4 of Pack.
Total time = 13:40
Burpees sounded like a good idea until the end of the first round.

First time Crossfitting and he needs work on his push-ups. Had to substitute plank position for push-ups until his core gets stronger.
