    8 rounds for time:
    8 jump ropes
    8 kettlebell swings
    8 box jumps
    80 meter run
    It was quite hard!

  5. This was my second time to do . I did 5 ronds of HSPU, 10 jumping pullups, and 25 Jump rope singles. My time was 5:33 I was really breathing hard after.
