*Virtual Snow Angels are just like real snow angels, except there is no snow.

- What is a "forward roll +"? Is there any place I can go to find definitions of things like this? I'm familiar with Crossfit ... and I know what a forward roll is ...

- Hi David,
The forward roll + referred to the five virtual snow angels. Do one roll plus five snow angels each, five or three times per round depending on which scaling you use.
