- Hi! I'll post here and on the forum - just wanted to say a big Thank You for the fantastic CF Kids Cert! It far exceeded my expectations - the depth of content, the exceptional presentations, and all the demos, drill, and games. I really wish this had existed years ago when I started teaching; It would have saved me a lot of trial & error learning and allowed me to teach children more effectively. This isn't just for CrossFit, your program is exceptional for anyone involved with kids, fitness, and movement. In addition, your care, sense of responsibility, and passion for what you do is priceless. I can only hope to do my best to spread those same values when we start up our program. Kudos to the CF Kids HQ staff, all your little helpers, and the BrandX crew.

- Anita,
It was wonderful to finally meet you. You were a great contributor to the cert, and I'm glad you got to hang around with us for a few days-despite the fact we were all dragging a bit. Let us know how your CrossFit Kids program progresses, and come back soon!

- I'd like to echo Anita's comments. I learned as much or more from the CF Kids Cert than the Level 1. Truly exceptional!! I wish this was available when I was young. I'm starting from the squat up - mechanics, mechanics, fun, movement, and then back to mechanics again. I've had all the neighborhood kids at the house playing CFK games while I sit back and grin thinking if I called this the WOD like I used too then half of these kids would say they were too tired to do it.
Quinn - (7) pack 13:18 5#MB
Elijah - (5) puppies 12:20 3#MB
Max - (7) 7:35 3#MB
