Elementary and Preschool:

Bear crawl => 10 side-to-side hops each leg => 25-meter high-knee skip => 25-meter back pedal => 6 monkey hangs
WOD –
Varsity:
3 x 5:00 AMRAP
3 handstand push-ups
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
7 wall ball shots, 20#/14# to 10’ target
Rest 2:00 between cycles.
Junior Varsity:
3 x 5:00 AMRAP

Novice:
