- Today I did Fight Gone Bad 2 at Brand X. My score was 189. I liked doing this. I did the best at push press and wall ball.

- Today I did the Fight Gone Bad benefit at Brand X for the second year in a row. My score was 159. I did a lot better this year than last year. Thank you Mikki for coaching me and pushing me to keep going. I think I will like FGB 3 next year.

- Tyler, Anna, Molly and Maya all did a modified 6 minute Cindy with 3 pull-ups, 6 push-ups and 9 squats per round.
The kids had a blast and worked super hard!!!

- Didn't do CFK today--Scott had double-header soccer games followed by a baseball game and Anne had a soccer game.
