- Today at Brand X we were in groups of 3
One person rowed 100m while the other 2 did situps. I was in a group with Katie & Bradley. I did a lot of situps. Then we played musical medicine balls. It was fun.

- I did the workout at Brand X too. I was in a group with Duncan & Zeke. We finished first. It was fun to do. I liked playing musical medicine balls. I was one of the last one's out.
