The New 2012 CFK Lesson Plans for Middle and High School- Teen and PreTeen are now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Buy In –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 squats => 5 strict pull-ups => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
5 squats => 5 strict pull-ups or pull-up attempts => 25-meter high-knee skip => 25-meter carioca

WOD –
Varsity:
4 rounds
400-meter run
30 kettlebell swings, 24 kg/16 kg
15 ring push-ups

Junior Varsity:
4 rounds
400-meter run
25 kettlebell swings, 16 kg/12 kg
15 hand-release push-ups

Novice:
4 rounds
400-meter run
20 kettlebell swings, 12 kg/8 kg
15 hand-release push-ups

Elementary:
3 rounds
200-meter run
10 kettlebell swings, 1 kg/4 kg
10 push-ups

Preschool:
3 rounds
100-meter run
5 kettlebell swings, unloaded-1 kg
5 push-ups

Cash Out –

6:00 EMOM
Handstand push-ups

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00
Handstand practice
