Handstand push ups

Handstand push ups are done against the wall. If you cannot do HSPU's you can have a parent give you an assist or you can do elevated push ups.

  1. Today at Brand X, we did plank holds & races. Then we split into 2 groups and took turns doing sprint relay races and pull up ladders. I got 6 minutes on my pull up ladder. I did jumping pull ups because I'm still working on learning to kip. And I'm learning to run faster sprints. This was fun.

  2. I did CrossFit at Brand X today too. I got 6 minutes on my pull up ladder doing kipping pull ups for the first time in a workout. When I got tired, I kept going. I have been working on this lately and felt proud that I kept going when I was tired. We did sprint relays first, and it was really fun. The running was tiring, but I didn't let that stop me.
