Box jump snake => forward roll => precision jump => agility ladder => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 100-meter run
Elementary and Preschool:

Box jump snake => forward roll => precision jump => agility ladder => 5 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 50-meter run

Hang squat clean and anyway overhead
