Big Dawgs:
100 M Broad Jumps
Rest 5 minutes
100 Push ups

Pack:
50 M Broad Jumps
Rest 5 Minutes
50 Push ups

Puppies:
25 M Broad Jumps
Rest 5 Minutes
25 Push ups

Post time and number of jumps required to complete broad jumps as well as time and number of sets required to complete push ups.
