    ran 200 meters on treadmill each round
    first two rounds used 6 kilo dumbells
    last five rounds used 4 kilo dumbells
    plus two pounds of wrist weights per wrist

    I'll have to get back to you on that. Good job on the workout. I have done an adult version of "Maggie" before. It is not easy.

  5. me and my sister(21 yrs old) did the pack WOD. We worked out outside today at a park, so hot 89*

  6. Our CFKids WOD was at Anna's super duper fun 9th CFK birthday party. Auntie Jenny is the CF party queen. We had a really fun treasure hunt, popped some balloons to find our exercise, played CFKids animal tag, played over/under with a med. ball, crabwalk soccer and many more fun things. We also got our very own stopwatch! It was super fun! If you ever want to have a CFK birthday you should contact our Auntie Jenny!

  7. Holy smokes! Thanks Mags, Joe and Carlie for the nice words. Life is always better with you guys around. Nichole, Charity, Mikki and Cyndi, thanks for all the great ideas. The Lord brought great weather, everyone stayed healthy and it was a lot of fun. Anna was a very gracious, sweet birthday girl.
