    8 cycles of 7.5# sandbag lift - 21reps
    8 4kg Kb swings 80
    8 dips on a box 80
    8 thrusters with 4# medicine balll 75

    Score = 256
    She wanted to do the same thing as I was doing today
    She then Ran 200m

    did the cycle in 7:16. still working on my squat form. i love crossfit for kids. i ran an extra mile for school project.
