  1. What does progression from box mean?

  2. Progression from box means to put feet elevated on jump box ( or tire)
    and do a handstand push up progression movement. This would look like
    a HSPU but with hips high and feet supported by the box or tire.
    The January 2008 CFK magazine will feature a video and article on
    Handstand Push up progressions for kids and teens.
