  1. After 2 hours of trying to send video of my kiddos doing "cindy", i have given up and decided just to post their results.

    Tabitha - 15 until November
    5-10-5 for 20 min
    11 rounds + 5-10-11
    kipping pull ups, knee push up and great squats
    Crossfitting since June with 3 weeks off in July for camp

    Elijah 4 until October
    2-3-4 for 6 min
    13 rounds + 3 pull ups and 3 push ups
    jumping pull ups, wall push ups, pretty good squats

    He was excited to finish before sissy and she kipped all of her pull ups.

    We'll have fun practicing the upside-down exercises today. Maybe all that blood that will go to our heads will help us with our schoolwork. smile
