How many rounds can you do in 6 minutes of:

Rxd efforts will be scored ahead of modified
efforts.
T shirt will be awarded for first prize in each category.

- Today at Brand X, we practiced shoulder presses. Then we did a workout with shuttle runs, flying squirrels and shoulder presses. I used 3# weights for the shoulder presses. This workout was hard but I got through it. My favorite part was playing tag at the end of class.

- I did the workout at Brand X. I used 5# weights for the shoulder press. It was really hot today and I got tired. But I finished as fast as I could. Playing tag was fun.

- i did the big dawgs (age 15) work out
for a total of 13 rounds it was awsome
