Buy In –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 squats => 200-meter run

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
5 squats => 100-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
3 x 5:00-minute AMRAP
5 HSPU
10 toes-to-bar
20 double-unders
Rest exactly 2:00 between each round.

Junior Varsity:
3 x 5:00-minute AMRAP
4 HSPU
8 toes-to-bar
16 double-unders
Rest exactly 2:00 between each round.

Novice:
3 x 5:00-minute AMRAP
3 HSPU
6 toes-to-bar
12 double-unders
Rest exactly 2:00 between each round.

Elementary:
8:00-minute AMRAP
4 wall walk-ups
6 knee tucks
8 double-unders or single-unders

Preschool:
5:00-minute AMRAP
2 wall walk-ups or 3 push-ups
6 tuck jumps

Cash Out –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
5:00
Frog stand and planche practice

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00
Frog stand practice (with spotter)
