    This is what the kids did on Friday:

    Focus work: Shoulder press (top position)

    Shuttle Run
    15-12-9
    Shoulder Press
    Squats

    Everyone practice handstands and they are all getting really good! One girl can totally rock the HSPU (with me holding her stable)
