400-meter Indian run

Elementary and Preschool:
200-meter Indian run

WOD –
Varsity:
3 x 8:00 AMRAP

15 squats
Rest 3:00 between each cycle.

Junior Varsity:
3 x 8:00 AMRAP

Rest 3:00 between each cycle.

Novice:
2 x 10:00 AMRAP

15 squats
Rest 3:00 between each cycle.

Elementary:

Preschool:
