- Anna and Molly completed the puppy workout, Brett did 1 round. The burpees were definitely the toughest part.

- My 9 yo has just started following Crossfitkids on his own.
The past 2 days I have worked out with him.
First was a crossfit HQ wod (400M, Sq scaled to 20)x 3 rds.
Today did the puppies wod
he used 3lbs dumbbells on thruster/ form shaky on last rd of
burpees. Finished in 7:03.
My form was stricter, I used 22lbs Dbs but finished in 14:35
burpees are NOT my best event.

- Harry (4), 3 rounds, 15 push presses with a 2.5kg plate; 15 burpees. Weight about right (made him complain, but he managed ok). Need to get a light bar. Burpees form getting better. 13:09. "Soon, I'm going to be the strongest boy at kinder". Well done Harry!
