Comments:
  1. We're trying to use CrossFit Kids as our PE (homeschool), but aren't always sure how to do the exercises/activities. For today's what's a "bench dip?" And is a "beginner pull-up" something in particular or are jump pull-ups or get-yourself-up-any-way-you-can-pull-ups o.k.? Thanks for any help!

  7. Ruthie,
We are slowly adding to our video library and hope to have more vids up soon.

Our typical warm up is not as structured as the adults warm up. Typically we jog, do jumping jacks or something of that nature to warm up the body for about 5 minutes, then spend 5-10 minutes on a skill based warm up. We generally pick a copuple of movements and work on them for 1-2 weeks. The past couple of weeks we have been working on the plank hold and deadlifts.
