  3. Hambone did scaled Barbara w me today; 5 rounds of 10 jumping ring pu, 10 pushups, 20 situps, 30 squats!

    The Bee did Fran yesterday - 7.5# bar for thrusters and green band ast pullups, 8.17! Hopefully, it was enough fun that they'll join in again soon. Paul
