  8. Hi Chris,
    I believe it's more a matter of skill level rather than age level. Choose the workout that best suits the skill level of the child regardless of age. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

  10. Wow! What incredible work you all are doing.

    Chris, Maria is right. Scaling is based on ability rather than age, though age will sometimes determine ability. Start out slowly and find what works for each child independently.

    Tonight at Brand X, we did a similar workout to what the adults did today.

    3 rounds
    Max reps dumbbell shoulder press
    Max reps ring rows
    Partner up and rest while your partner works. We are still dealing with ashes and smoke, so we're keeping high intensity workouts to a minimum for a few days.

    Then we did caterpillar races.
