Me: 3 mins and 34 secs (pack Workout)
Nate's score: 4 mins and 32 secs (puppy woprkout)

- The girls did the Puppies WOD with 12# medicine ball power cleans and then subbed pull-ups and bench dips for the muscle ups. Both the girls' form improved greatly on the power cleans from start to finish.
Anna - 6:20 with kipping pull-ups
Molly - 5:36 with jumping pull-ups

- Oh yea, Sorry this is Jack Me and Nate Didn't know how to do jumping mucle ups or andy of that stuff so we just did regular mucle ups

- Today at Brand X, we did "Maggie" from Tuesday of last week. All the kids learned about our friend in Oregon who works out and posts to our site. Everybody was excited to do the workout, and we saw a lot of great efforts.

- I did Maggie at Brand X today. I liked the workout, especially that it was named after a 3-year-old who does CrossFit Kids. I also liked our warmup tonight when we did medicine ball slalom. My favorite part of the class was playing CrossFit Hopscotch.

- I did CrossFit Kids at Brand X tonight. I thought it was cool that we did a workout named after a girl who posts on CrossFit Kids website. I liked the workout. Good job Maggie.

Cleans form improved with each set. Need a better set-up for muscle-ups as they seem to be a frequent WO.
