CrossFit Kids - Play day!
Mt. Baker CrossFit Kids
Crab Walk Soccer:
Gather a group of friends together and play crab walk soccer. Set two goals about 10-15 yards apart. The rules remain the same except that you have to crab walk instead of run. Let us know how you do!
