- I did saturday's workout today I did 100 kipping pullups in 12:30.

- Heather(pack): My knee was a little sore today, but I pushed through and I'm glad I did! I had to sub knees 2 elbows for the slam ball and I'm using rings for pull-ups but they're assisted. My time.... 8:47
Amber(pack): Kinda easy, except for the burpees. I used an assist band that my mom got for our pull-ups - that was fun! My time....5:04
Summer(pup): I liked it because I can get strong and I can be stronger than my friends. The hardest part was the burpees and the easiest part was doing the pull-ups with the stretchy band - that was really fun!

- Today Anna did 15 sort of muscle-ups.
Molly did 20 squat muscle-ups.
