- Hey hey hey!! I totally love this website!! You all have such great ideas on workouts...me myself..I workout everyday after school accept Fridays and the weekends. Being "thick"..(as my friends call me).. its hard to run and stuff, but I am getting better! I really love this website.... it rocks..Good Luck to you all

- We did Maggie at Brand X last night. Felt inspired by the vid on the CF site a few days ago. What a great workout.
