- Puppies, subbed 10 jumping pull-ups for the 2 beginner rope climbs and didn't know what monkey hangs were so we did 5 swings on the pull-up bar (girls came up with that one). Used 10# for kettlebell swings.
Anna: 5 rounds plus 100m run
Molly: Exactly 5 rounds
GREAT work girls!!!

- Monday night at Brand X we had 19 kids. Everyone was excited to have Nichole visiting and helping with class.
4 rounds
Run 50m
Lunge 1/2way back
Run back to start
10 Rope pull ups
10 Push ups
Skill work on Frog Stands and Headstands
More reflex/perception work, borrowed and adapted from Eva T.'s article in the March issue of CrossFit Magazine.
One at a time, kids stand against wall. Trainer calls out, "go left," "go right," "go up," or "go down," as she tosses a soft ball toward the child. Child has to quickly move in that direction in order to catch ball.
