- Good job Amylin & Will. And Will, you're right, burpees are always a tough part of any workout.
Craig,
Throw for height - hold the medicine ball in the hands with arms in a relaxed downward position. Explode from this position to full triple extension (like a clean, check out the picture of David above) but continue the upward movement with the arms until the ball is overhead. Release the ball when it is overhead, then move out of the way so you don't get hit. Not sure if that is helpful. If not, ask more questions.
