Crossfit Kids - L sits
Big Dawgs:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Pack:
With a continuously running clock do one elevated beginner pull-up the first minute, two elevated beginner pull-ups the second minute, three elevated beginner pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Puppies:
With a continuously running clock do one beginner pull-up the first minute, two beginner pull-ups the second minute, three beginner pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

- I did two things today.
First the pull ups-12 sets + 11 reps
Then I did DL's 1x5
25-35-37.5(PR)-42.5-47.5 (My bar weighs 12.5#) Then I did 3 more reps at 47.5!! That was fun

- Molly did jumping pull-ups for this wod - 14 rounds exactly
Anna did the Big Dawgs wod with kipping pull-ups - 10 rounds exactly
Mom is proud of their hard work!
