CrossFit Kids - Broad Jumps
7 Broad Jumps
Each attempt must be for max distance. Rest at least 1:00 between attempts. Measure each jump and post the max and minimum distance jumped.
Then practice kipping on the pull up bar for at least 5 minutes.

worked on jumping pullups. Nothing to kipp on (yet).

- Did the prescribed broad jumps with Nico, my 5 yr 11 month old son.
His distances were:
1. 35''
2. 44''
3. 45''
4. 46''
5. 49''
6. 46''
7. 50''
Between the broad jumps, we practiced your kipping pullups.
Great workout, we both had fun!
