1 Rope Climb or 2 Beginner Rope Climbs
Sub 5 towel pull ups for every rope climb if you do not have a climbing rope.

- instead of 2 rope climbs each round, i did 20 push-ups and 10 pull-ups each round to substitute... is that an ok sub?

Untimed. The girls did great. Joey is a little sick so she left the pull ups and a few SDHP out.

I think the running was the hardest for me, because I haven't ran in a long time! My brother thinks the hardest was the towel p ull-ups! It was fun,though!!
