Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:

Alligator crawl => forward roll => 10 monkey hangs => agility ladder => 100-meter run

Elementary and Preschool:
3 x or 5:00
Alligator crawl => forward roll => 6 monkey hangs => agility ladder => 50-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
8-minute AMRAP
10 box jumps, 30”/24”
15’ handstand walk
30 double-unders

Junior Varsity:
8-minute AMRAP
10 box jumps, 24”/20”
15’ handstand walk
30 double-unders

Novice:
8-minute AMRAP
10 box jumps, 24”/20”
15’ handstand walk
30 double-unders

Elementary:
6-minute AMRAP
5 box jumps, 12”-20”
5 wall walk-ups
15 single-unders

Preschool:
6-minute AMRAP
5 box jumps, 10”-12”
5 wall walk-ups
10 single-unders or side-to-side hops over line

Cash Out –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
2 x
50 sit-ups
25 knees-to-elbows

Elementary and Preschool:
2 x
10 sit-ups
10 knee tucks
