- Monday night at Brand X, Coach Jeff went over proper burpee form with the kids, breaking it down into 6 steps. I'll paraphrase:
1. hands at side
2. squat down, place hands on the ground
3. kick feet back behind you
4. push up
5. jump feet back under you
6. jump up, reaching hands into air
Then, we did "Deconstructed Burpees"
15-12-9
Squat/jump for height
Push ups
Flying squirrels
Sit ups
-Played sock tag.
-Practiced sit up holds; sit up halfway and hold, come upright, sit back halfway and hold, lay down, repeat.
-Counted max. push ups for 30 seconds.

Joey-age 3-modified puppies- 10 reps instead of 15, 2#DBs for PP and KBS, assisted knee-ups for KTES, 8" box-13:00
