CrossFit Kids - Skill Day

First visit!
With a piece of pvc pipe or a broomstick spend 5 minutes practicing proper deadlift form and 5 minutes practicing proper overhead squat form.

- Looks like a cute baby and very happy parents!
The girls and mom had a good Overhead Squat and Deadlift clinic.
We also took a walk (a little over a mile) with Brett Bug.

- Our Workout tonight was
"A Li'l Jumpy Relay"
3 Rounds
Short Sprint
Hop Scotch
1 Broad Jump
5 Burpees
1 Broad Jump
Hop Scotch
1 Broad Jump
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Lunges
Sprint back to next person in line
Then for our game...
Red Light/Green Light(Sprints)

- Scott and Anne worked on form for deadlift and overhead squats. We also practiced frog stands and jumprope that we missed trying a while back. I think it'd help to have good ropes--any suggestions?
