CrossFit Kids action

Big Dawgs:

3 x 800 M run
Time each effort and rest as long as the run took between efforts.

Then practice L-sits for time.

Pack:

3 x 400 M run
Time each effort and rest as long as the run took between efforts.

Then practice L-sits for time.

Puppies:

3 x 200 M run
Time each effort and rest as long as the run took between efforts.

Then practice L-sits for time.
