- Anna and Molly did their puppies workout as a team today with alternating box jumps with each other. They had their own separate squat stations

- The girls did puppies untimed. Mags said it was more of a leg burner than she thought it would be. Great job girls.

They sometimes say for time, not always.
You can time them but for kids intensity is relative and the clock can sometimes ( for the young ones) be an enemy of form.
