CrossFit Kids and Sports Conditioning
CrossFit Kids - Will squats help you ski & Snowboard better ? What about Box jumps ? Headstands ?

5 Box Jumps ( you can use a bench, a tire a stair, etc)

- The flying Squirrel...crouch down with hands and feet in the same 12 " square patch of ground, butt close to the ground knees bent, Jump out to an make an X with your arms and legs, like a pushup position in the shape of an X, now push up and spring back to starting position.
