Junior Varsity:

5 Deadlifts, Boys 115 pounds/Girls 75 pounds
15’ Handstand Walk
Novice:
5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts, Boys 65 pounds/Girls 45 Pounds
15’ Handstand Walk
Pack:
5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts, 15-25 pounds
10’ Handstand Walk
Puppies:
5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts, 5-10 pounds
10’ Handstand Walk
