CrossFit Kids Go Tabata
Mini Tabata
Perform the following exercises using the Tabata interval of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest. Complete 6 rounds, 3 minutes each exercise.
Exercises are done in sets of six consecutive rounds of the same movement.
One minute rest between exercises.
Squats
Push ups
Sit ups
Rope Pull ups
Keep track of the lowest number completed of each exercise and post to comments.
