Pull ups (assisted, jumping or beginner pull ups okay)

Puppies:
15-12-9

Handstand Push ups (progression from knees)
Pull ups (assisted, jumping or beginner pull ups okay)

    Today was my first time to do the Porch, and it was fun!The hardest thing was the Kneeling HSPU's, but it was fun!
