Jokers Wild
Everyone play the following game. Pull a card. The suit of the card determines the exercise to be done, the number determines the reps.
(Face Cards = 10, Aces = 11, and Jokers are wild, kids pick the exercise and number)
Diamonds = Squats
Hearts = Burpees
Clubs = Tuck Jumps
Spades = Push ups
Play for 5 continuous minutes then:
Take a one minute "break", during the break do superman holds.
Play another 5 continuous minutes.

- The categories Big Dawg, Pack and Puppy are general. They should never be considered (even by adults) as locked in stone. Some days a workout might address a persons strengths and they would be a Big Dawg. Other days the workout would hit weaknesses and a person might end up in the puppy category.
As a general rule:
CrossFit Kids Big Dawgs are early teens who have been doing CF for awhile, Pack is early teens who are starting or 8-10 year olds who have been doing CF awhile, Puppies are younger kids and the very deconditioned.
