If you do not have rings or cannot do a muscle up sub pull ups/dips in a 2/1 for muscle ups. Pack, puppies and buttercups may sub seated pull ups, assisted pull ups and bench dips.

- Sammy did 20 regular/jumping pullups and 20 dips. Her time was 2:39
Her friend Courtney did 20 jumping pullups and 20 dips in 2:02.
They both bought in with 50 situps and cashed out with 20 pushups.

- Hey, that's my big sister! She just got home from camp.
I had fun in Ramona at the cert and mom says we have a lot of new, fun games to play. Can't wait.
I'll do my muscle ups Sat, we're a day behind.
