- All did different versions of today's wod subbing KBS for WBS
Anna did 15-12-9 w/ kippers and 10#KBS - untimed
Maggie did 15-12-9 w/ kippers and 10#KBS - 4:10
Molly did 15-12-9 w/ kippers for the 15 and jumping pull-ups for 12 & 9 and 10#KBS - 4:22
Joey did 12-9-6 w/ jumping pull-ups and 3#KBS - untimed
Brett did 12-9-6 w/ jumping pull-ups and 3#KBS - 2:44
