  1. Hello, this is jasmin and my mom,amy. We just started doing workouts together.

    The first run-around we were down-right lazy, I guesse we are really out of shape. We did a 200m sprint and some squats. The other 2 times we just walked. We did all our pushups at the end. You know how you get sore the next day you do a work out? Well im already sore and I started posting this as soon as our workout ended.

    Jasmins max:24 squats and 31 wall push ups.
    Amy's max:20 squats and 21 wall pushups.

  2. Right that since running drives all the blood to the legs, it should be difficult to do the push ups immediately after the sprint?
