Set up a Square Obstacle Course 30 FT x 30 FT
Sprint to hurdle bag stack ( approx. 32" kick bags, pillows or cushions should work !)
Note : Use split leg hurdle
Bunny hop (feet together )over and between 5 bags (pillow size, set 1 foot apart)
Sprint to next corner and do 10 pushups
Army crawl to start and repeat
Big Dogs 10 rounds

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed. If you get less then 10 switch to Jumping pull ups until 10 sets are reached.
Pack:
With a continuously running clock do one beginner pull-up the first minute, two beginner pull-ups the second minute, three beginner pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
