Varsity:

Junior Varsity:
EMOM for 30:00
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Novice:
EMOM for 24:00
3 pull-ups
8 push-ups
12 squats

Elementary:
EMOM for 8:00
3 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
5 push-ups
10 squats

Preschool:
EMOM for 5:00
2 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
4 push-ups
6 squats
